ENGAGEMENT SESSION

This will be a fun and relaxed photo shoot taken on location anytime before your wedding day. We'll have the opportunity to get to know each other and create some great images of the two of you that can be used for Engagement Announcements, Wedding Guest Books, or anything else you can think of.

PRE-BRIDAL SESSION

WEDDING SESSION

Your wedding photos will tell the story of your day. A variety of shots may be taken, including photos of the bride and groom getting ready, the ceremony, group shots of family and friends, details like flowers, the dress, cake, and the overall ambience of your wedding day. We'll also have a private couple's session capturing the beauty of your love.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

This is your photo session and you deserve to choose exactly what you want. You won't be limited with a few packages, but if you need some ideas you'll find them below. Tell me what you want and we'll find a way to do it together.

MATERNITY AND PREGNANCY PHOTOGRAPHY

These once in a lifetime images can be created on location or in the privacy and convenience of your own home. Artistic or traditional, I'll focus on the beauty of your body. Bring your partner along, and we'll capture the hopes and dreams you have for your family.

NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY

This very special session celebrates the joy of a new baby, focusing on beauty and emotion. We'll meet at a place of your choosing, or I can suggest a site.

BABY'S FIRST YEAR NARRATIVE

A sequence of photographs at different times in baby's life. Starting anytime during pregnancy, you can add on sessions like newborn, baby with parents and/or siblings, baby at __months, up to the first birthday party. Choose as many sessions as you like, and follow the same look throughout or go with a different vision each time. Multiple session discounts apply until Baby's First Birthday celebration.

BAPTISM

This session celebrates the christening, and focuses on family and togetherness. With family and friends all dressed up, this is a good opportunity for baby's first photo with the extended family!

TODDLERS & CHILDREN

A relaxed informal portrait session in your backyard, a local park, or perhaps just inside your home. An alternative is the longer “day in the life” session (usually 2-4 hours). Candid shots will be taken during any preplanned activity such as a soccer game, picnic, washing the dog, baking Christmas cookies, etc. A good solution for children who are camera shy, and for those who just can't help that “camera-smile.”

ROMANCE

The story of you and that special someone captured in a romantic setting on location or at your home. This session is for romantic couples of all ages and all occasions including Anniversary, Engagement, Honeymoon, or Vow Renewal. Sessions typically last 2 hours, but can be customized to suit your wishes.

LIFESTYLE

This is the opportunity to showcase any hobby or activity you're passionate about. Do you dance, sculpt, golf, or ride motorcycles? I'll document you in action over a series of posed and candid shots for as many as 6 hours or as little as 1 hour.

BOUDOIR

Moody, sensual, and full of emotion... These artistic images of beauty could be created in the privacy of your own home, in a hotel suite, or on location. From lingerie to semi-nude or nude, we'll work together to capture how you see yourself.

PHOTO DELIVERY

All images are professionally edited and photoshopped for optimum exposure, color balance, sharpness and creative presentation. In 2-3 weeks, all images are uploaded to an online gallery with your photographs beautifully presented for you, your family, and friends to view and order. All prints are archival quality custom prints at a reasonable rate.

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

Session Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. As a courtesy, session date requests are reserved and held for 5 business days from the time I receive your initial inquiry. I do reply to all inquiries and you will receive a reply to your inquiry within 2 business days. Once the details of the session are finalized, I will email a customized Agreement for you to review. I do request a 25% deposit at this time to finalize booking and secure your date. If multiple sessions are requested in the initial inquiry, only a 25% deposit on the first session is due immediately, and 25% deposits will be due 30 days prior to each next session.

RATES & FEES

You are guaranteed the amount of coverage you choose when you finalize your booking. Once you reserve a block of time, you are responsible for the appropriate rate even if you decide to change your mind later and decrease coverage. If you choose to extend your coverage after finalizing your booking, but before the day of your session, extra hours will be subject to availability at the same rates described for each session type. Any last minute increases to coverage made on the day of your session will be subject to availability at the rate of $100 per each additional hour for all Portrait, Engagement, and Pre-bridal sessions; and $200 per each additional hour for Wedding sessions. Multiple session discounts apply between all wedding-related and all portrait shoots occurring within 12 months.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling your session. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the start time of your session, 50% of the full amount will be due, less any deposit already made. If a reschedule request is made less than 72 hours before the start time of your session and a reschedule date is available, a $50 rescheduling fee will be due and all deposits received will be applied to the new session.

PLANNING FOR YOUR PHOTOSHOOT

If our session is outdoors, it is extremely important to stay hydrated and to protect your skin with sunscreen. Solid colors and small patterns generally photograph better than stripes, plaids, or large patterns. It's a good idea to bring a change of clothes for on-location sessions in case you get wet or dirty. Extra hair and makeup supplies (powder, hairspray, brush, etc.) are good for touch ups during longer and outdoor sessions. I do not recommend wearing expensive watches or jewelry on location.

RE-SHOOT POLICY

Re-shoots, especially with children, are sometimes necessary. During your session, I will make every effort to address and correct problems as they arise (eyes closed, clothing, hair, etc.) but sometimes things such as the weather are beyond our control. In the event that you would like to schedule a re-shoot, you will receive a 50% discount if the re-shoot is completed within 2 weeks of the initial session, or a 25% discount is if it completed within 4 weeks of the initial session.
